Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit directly — name, email, company, area of interest, and message content — plus standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, and request time. When you click a product link on our Cool Tech page, we count the click (which product, when, and which page it came from) — no cookies and no personal details.

How we use it

Submitted information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver contracted services, and maintain the security and reliability of our systems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry data for unrelated advertising.

Client data in delivered systems

Where 3BI builds or operates systems on your behalf, that data belongs to you. It is processed under the terms of your engagement agreement, stored in infrastructure you own or that is designated in writing, and handled under least-privilege access controls.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where the underlying platform supports it. Credentials and API keys are held in managed secret stores, never in source code, and access is limited to personnel who require it for delivery.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained while a relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Your choices

Write to support@3bi.io to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to ask how a specific system processes data.

Affiliate links and click counting

Product buttons on our Cool Tech page go through a short 3bi.io link (for example 3bi.io/go/product-name) before sending you to the maker's site. When you click, we record only which product was clicked, the time, and which of our pages the click came from. We don't set cookies for this, and we don't store your name, IP address, or other personal details with the click. Once you land on the partner's site, their own privacy policy and cookies apply.
